Honey, Fruit, and Oat Smoothie

What you’ll need:


1 cup of Greek yogurt

1/2 cup of rolled oats

1/4 cup of honey

3/4 cup of orange juice

1 cup of frozen strawberries

1 cup of frozen peaches

1 cup of frozen mangoes

How to make it:

  1. Combine all of your ingredients into a blender

  2. Mix on low until frozen fruit is broken up

  3. Blend on high to mix all ingredients together until smooth

  4. Enjoy your smoothie!

Please note:

  • You can substitute orange juice with any other fruit juice or milk of your preference. Cranberry and apple juice are delightful alternatives.

  • Feel free to unleash your creativity with the fruit selection! A blend of frozen berries such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries also promises a delectable treat.
