Beat the summer heat with a delightful treat: honey-strawberry yogurt popsicles! These frozen delights are just as healthy as they are delicious!

What you’ll need:

  • 2 cups of strawberry yogurt

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/3 cup of honey

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 pound of strawberries, diced

  • 1/4 cup of raspberries or another fruit of your choosing

  • A popsicle holder

How to make it:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together your yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth

  2. Divide half of the diced fruit among the popsicle holders, reserving the other half for later.

  3. Pour the yogurt mixture evenly into each section of the popsicle holder, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing.

  4. Add the remaining diced fruit into each popsicle holder, pressing down gently to ensure they are covered by the yogurt mixture.

  5. Place the popsicle holder in the freezer and let it freeze for approximately 4 hours. The freezing time may vary depending on your freezer.

  6. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the holder and enjoy your cool and refreshing snack!
